It was great to hear from you. I'm happy for your healthy life. People are shy but if you wait you will do make a lot of friends on a sailing course, but I prefer jet-skiing, i don't know why but in jet-skiing you can also make a lot of friends.
I haven't got a very healthy life, hopefully I will be like you but I'm not angry with my lifestyle. When I was a child I used to play with my friends outside in the street and I didn't use to be at home, but now, I only state stay at home watching TV or playing computer. Now that I think I can do some sport for example volleyball so I've got to learn the ropes because I have never played it and I have to get used to doing exercise.
I've thought to visit you one of these days to talk with you and meet you in the real life.
