INTRODUCCION
In this report, I’m going to suggest doing a talent show as to raise money for buying some new sports equipment for the school.
THE PLACE
I recommend using the audience room of the school, because there’s already an scenery, there is a capacity of 100 people and we have a better sound and light and music controls. There is another place that it could be also good, the red pitch. But there would be more work to do, because there’s nothing done and the sound won’t be so good.
CLOTHES
I strongly recommend to the people how are coming as audience to dress up as their favorite pop stars, as to have more fun and enjoy more the talent show.
THE TICKETS
We shall sell the tickets at a reasonable price. I propose selling them for three Euros. And a way to have more audience, we could discount one euro to the people how came dressed up in their favorite pop stars.
CONCLUSION
To conclude I will like to add that I and a group of students will organize the entire act, so the school won’t have to do nothing, only supervise us. I will also like to suggest another time to use the audience room, because if we do a talent show for sure there will be musicians and in the audience room we will appreciate more the sound. I think this is the best way to raise money for our sports equipment.
