There were dark clouds in the sky and looked like it was going to be an stormy day. But, though the threatening weather, my friends and I had already decided to go the cliff's beach the day before and nothing would make us change our plans. Now I regret of my decision.
I had heard about the abandoned manor by the sea before that day, and so had my friends. People said that, long time ago, a woman lived there with her husband, who didn't love her at all. Because of that, she became mad and jump off the cliff with her wedding dress. I don't understand why, but many lovers like to meet in that house.
When we arrived there the first thing we did was swimming in the shallow waters of the shore. Later, some guys started to climb up the cliff to reach the manor. Only two of us remained on the beach: Lucy, who stayed in the sand with her beer can, and me.
I was swimming near the cliff and playing with the water when something caught my eye. It was a white figure floating on the water. I didn't dare to get closer to it, so I got on a rock to see it from above. It was a corpse in a wedding dress! And it seemed to be staring at me!
Suddently I heard screams over my head and something splashed on the water. There was no corpse bride anymore. Instead there was the lifeless body of a friend of mine who'd just fallen of the cliff...
