Are exams a good way of mesuring students' knowledge?
The vast majority of educational systems in nowadays world, use exams to test students about their knowledge on a specific subject. Nevertheless, some people are posing that this is not the best way to prove that pupils have learned a lesson, and I agree with it.

Firstly, if a student gets good marks in an exam, it may not be because they know the lesson by heart or they have been studying a lot, but it is maybe because they have had the luck of having studied just the part of it that appeared in the exam.

Secondly, there are many ways of cheating in an exam that every student knows. It is also true that teachers may not notice how students cheat, and they might put them a good mark when they diserve a fail instead.

To sum up, I believe that there are better ways to make students demonstrate their knowledge such as oral tests, in which there is not a possible way of cheating. In my opinion, professionals of education should deep into this topic and try to find a way to improve the quality of our education.
